Private School
There are many laws related to students with disabilities placed
in private schools. Laws and issues surrounding this type of placement
are so complex we cannot discuss every possible situation and
how to address the issues. If you and/or your team are considering
this option it would be beneficial to read the federal and state
law about this type of placement.
