If your system meets the minimum requirements for installation, but you cannot open the installer file from the Web browser, use Windows Explorer to navigate to the installer file, and copy this file to your hard drive. Then, double click the installer file, and follow the instructions provided. The Windows installer file is located in the following CD folder:
